Pulsed Electrical Field Ablation
Pulsed Electrical Field Ablation (PEFA) is a novel, minimally invasive treatment for prostate cancer that uses short electrical pulses to kill cancer cells without heat or freezing. Unlike surgery or radiation, PEFA precisely targets the cancerous lesion while sparing nearby nerves, blood vessels, and urinary structures. This makes it especially promising for men with MRI-visible prostate cancers (Gleason 6 and select 7), offering cancer control with fewer side effects and faster recovery.

Exclusive Image AI is an artificial intelligence program that analyzes prostate MRI scans. It helps our doctors see suspicious areas more clearly and with greater accuracy, making sure we are targeting the spots that truly matter. 3D surgical navigation then takes those MRI findings and blends them with real-time ultrasound during your procedure, creating a 3D map of your prostate.
